Lotus Technology share rises despite decline in revenue and deliveries

Lotus Technology reported revenue of USD 163 million for Q4 2025 (-40% year-on-year) and a 64% drop in deliveries, but improved gross margin to 10% (previously -11%) and reduced the operating loss to USD 66 million (-65%). Full-year revenue fell to USD 519 million (-44%). The stock rose 15.87% in pre-market trading amid the company’s strategic realignment and growth expectations. Lotus Technology takes full control of Lotus UK after stake acquisitions

Lotus Technology has acquired full ownership of Lotus UK by exercising put options from Etika Automotive and Geely International.
