Maris-Tech has received AS9100D certification, expanding its supplier qualification for the aerospace and defense industry and enabling participation as a prime contractor in related programs in Israel and internationally. The certification, issued by NSF International Strategic Registrations and valid until August 10, 2029, covers the development, design, manufacture, assembly, integration and marketing of video- and AI-powered edge computing systems. Maris-Tech reports several equity and financing transactions since the end of 2025: a registered direct placement of 882,825 common shares at $1.24 per share, issuance of prepaid warrants for up to 722,311 shares, and the full conversion of convertible notes totaling $2.0 million. Through an at-the-market program, an additional 630,674 common shares were sold, generating about $923,000 in gross proceeds through June 7; the transactions brought in roughly $2.0 million before costs.
