MDJM announced that its subsidiary MANSIONS CATERING AND HOTEL LTD has signed an agreement to acquire 75% of Japan-based Mirai Co. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is being accompanied by Broad Investment Securities; Mirai is expected to be consolidated after closing. Mirai supplies corporate distributors with consumer electronics and cosmetics and reported, on an unaudited basis, annualized revenue of around USD 30 million.
