Nano Dimension is terminating the lease for its corporate headquarters effective December 31, 2026, voiding an agreement originally running until 2031 that was entered into by MarkForged in 2021. Total future rent savings are estimated at about $38 million; after a termination payment of roughly $13 million the company expects cumulative net cash savings of about $25 million through 2031. The move supplements earlier cost cuts after the sale of MarkForged, which had been expected to reduce annual cash burn by about $15 million (including roughly $7.5 million in rent savings). Nano Dimension enters term sheet to combine with Infinite Epigenetics, shareholders to retain minority stake

Nano Dimension signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire Infinite Epigenetics, with the combined company expected to operate under the Infinite Epigenetics name and trade on Nasdaq under ticker IEAI. Existing Nano Dimension shareholders would retain a minority interest based on a valuation reflecting a 20% premium to Nano's estimated net cash at closing and receive contingent value rights tied to proceeds from disposition of Nano legacy assets. The parties anticipate the combined company to have over $400 million in cash at closing and included a 30-day exclusivity period to finalize due diligence and a definitive merger agreement.
