Das ATS-Segment bietet automatisierte Spendersysteme für die Befestigung, den Schutz und die Beschichtung von Flüssigkeiten sowie entsprechende Gasplasma-Behandlungssysteme für die Reinigung und Konditionierung von Oberflächen; manuelle und halbautomatische Präzisionsspender, minimalinvasive interventionelle Verabreichungsgeräte, Kunststoffspritzen, Kartuschen, Spitzen, Flüssigkeitsverbindungskomponenten, Schläuche, Ballons und Katheter; sowie Bondtests und automatisierte optische, akustische Mikroskopie- und Röntgeninspektionssysteme für den Einsatz in der Halbleiter- und Leiterplattenindustrie.
