Nusatrip has, effective June 2, appointed Loïc Gautier as CFO, Binglin Yu as CTO and Hongwei Zhang (Neil) as CRO. Gautier will receive an annual base salary of 150,000 USD; Yu and Zhang will each receive 55,000 RMB per month; Zhang’s employment begins on June 20 and is performance‑based. Previously, Wallace Tzi Chun Foo did not take up the originally announced CFO position; Ade Irawan was removed as COO as of June 2, with the company denying any disagreements over operational matters.
