Otsuka raises dividend for 2025 to 140 JPY and pays out 70.98 billion JPY

FDA accepts Otsuka ADHD drug Centanafadin for priority review

The US FDA has accepted Otsuka’s application for Centanafadin for priority review and set the PDUFA decision date for July 24, 2026. Centanafadin is a once-daily norepinephrine-, dopamine- and serotonin-reuptake inhibitor (NDSRI) for the treatment of ADHD in children, adolescents and adults. The submission is supported by four phase-3 studies that showed significant improvements versus placebo. 4DMT closes partnership with Otsuka for retinal therapy in Asia‑Pacific

4D Molecular Therapeutics has agreed a strategic partnership with Otsuka to develop and commercialize 4D‑150 for wet AMD and DME in Japan, China, Australia and other APAC markets. 4DMT will receive an $85 million upfront payment, at least $50 million in cost sharing over the next three years, up to $336 million in milestone payments and tiered high‑single‑digit royalties; Otsuka obtains exclusive rights in APAC while 4DMT retains rights in the US, Latin America and Europe and will lead global Phase‑3 activities.
