Pembina consortium supplies power to Meta data centre in Alberta

Pembina, together with Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and Kineticor, has taken the final investment decision for the Greenlight Electricity Centre, a "Behind-the-Meter" gas-to-power project that will supply the new Meta data centre in Alberta. The consortium forms the Greenlight Electricity Centre Limited Partnership and views gas power generation as a new demand outlet for Western Canadian hydrocarbons. Pembina to take stake in Canada and Alberta's planned crude oil pipeline and export terminal project

Pembina has signed a non-binding term sheet to participate in a new crude oil pipeline system with about 1 million barrels per day capacity and an export terminal, together with the Canadian government, the province of Alberta and Trans Mountain. The planned project company is to be majority-owned by the government, Alberta and Pembina, with an ownership stake reserved for Indigenous partners; Trans Mountain will take on construction, permitting and operation. Pembina will hold a 10% economic interest during the construction phase with an option for a further 10% after commercial start-up, is currently conducting due diligence and plans to sign final agreements by September 2026; participation is subject to conditions and a final investment decision. Pembina Pipeline reports Q1 EPS beat and raises 2026 adjusted EBITDA target

Pembina Pipeline beat analyst expectations in the first quarter of 2026 with earnings per share of USD 0.5821 versus the USD 0.52 forecast and revenue of USD 1.52 billion.
