Power Probe: annual general meeting approves all resolutions unanimously

At Power Probe’s annual general meeting all 13 ordinary and three special resolutions submitted were approved with 100% of the 44,373,167 votes cast by proxy; there were no votes against and abstentions were minimal. The approved items include the management report, the remuneration report, the reappointment of the auditor and authorization to set its remuneration. Six directors were re-elected and shareholders granted general authorizations to issue shares, to repurchase treasury shares on the market and to exclude subscription rights; as of the record date 73,702,404 common shares were issued.
