Precipio warns: annual general meeting may be adjourned for lack of quorum

Precipio urges shareholders to submit their broker voting instructions by Saturday 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time so the annual general meeting scheduled for Sunday at 10:00 a.m. is quorate. As of Friday participation stood at around 42 percent, while a quorum of at least 50 percent is required; failure would lead to an adjournment and additional costs. Precipio achieves positive cash flow in 2025, stock falls after results

Precipio reported Q4 2025 revenue of $6.7 million and earnings per share of $0.29, and reached positive cash flow for the first time in 2025.
