PrimeEnergy confirms $115 million borrowing base and cuts interest margins

PrimeEnergy confirmed a $115 million borrowing base in its semiannual redetermination; the company had no borrowings as of 31 Dec. 2025 and currently, so the full amount is available. The fifth amendment to the credit agreement reduces interest margins by 50 basis points; SOFR-based loans now carry margins of 2.75–3.75% and loans tied to an alternative base rate carry 1.75–2.75%. The senior secured revolver is committed at $300 million and matures on 20 December 2028; other covenant terms remain largely unchanged. CFO Beverly A.
