Prosus reports that orders at its stake Just Eat Takeaway increased by 0.1% year on year in September, ending a 55‑month run of declining orders. Improved technology, optimized logistics and a better customer experience contributed to the growth, and further gains are expected. At the annual general meeting, Prosus approved a dividend of €0.28 per share for 2026, a 40% increase from the previous year.
