Romande Energie reported earnings per share of CHF 1.59 and revenue of CHF 402.02 million for Q4 2025, both above analysts' expectations. The company is reorganising into the areas Energy, Markets, Grids and Real Estate and aims to manage 5 TWh of renewable electricity per year by 2040 as well as achieve large-scale decarbonisation and digitalisation targets.
