Scorpio Gold plans stock offering of up to US$8 million

Scorpio Gold will issue up to 32 million common shares at US$0.25 per share (gross proceeds up to US$8 million); the price is 39% above the current share price of US$0.18. Velocity Trade Capital is acting as lead agent and bookrunner; brokers will receive a 30‑day option to purchase up to 4.8 million additional shares on the same terms.
