Semperit raises annual guidance after strong Q2 EBITDA to around €100m

Semperit expects reported EBITDA for Q2 2026 of about €40m (Q2 2025: €19.6m) and H1 EBITDA of around €67m (H1 2025: €30.7m). Before project costs of about €5m, operating EBITDA for 2026 is now expected to be roughly €100m, previously forecast at around €95m. B&C increases stake in Semperit to around 63.4% after voluntary takeover offer

B&C Holding Österreich received acceptances for 1,022,192 Semperit shares under the voluntary public offer by 12 June 2026 and, after settlement, will hold about 63.4% of the ordinary shares. The suspensive condition has been met; a three‑month extension will not be applied. Semperit expects Q1 EBITDA well above last year, full-year forecast unchanged

Semperit forecasts EBITDA of around EUR 26 million for Q1 2026 (Q1 2025: EUR 11.1 million), roughly in line with Q4 2025. The full-year guidance remains unchanged at an operating EBITDA of around EUR 95 million (before project costs of around EUR 5 million). Geopolitical uncertainties could dampen demand in the second half of the year; potential raw material shortages are not included in the forecast.
