The notes will be guaranteed by subsidiaries and secured by first-priority liens on assets, including interests in the Eskay Creek project. The plan targets roughly 450,000 oz gold-equivalent annually at ~5.5 g/t in years 1–5, supported by low-cost hydro power at ~C$0.065/kWh. The 2023 DFS (at current CAD spot prices) showed an after-tax NPV of ~C$9 billion, an IRR of 107% and payback under eight months; an updated NI 43-101 is expected later this year.
