Spirent taken off London Stock Exchange after takeover by Keysight

Spirent’s shares were removed from the London Stock Exchange and struck off the Financial Conduct Authority’s official list with effect from 7:30 a.m. London time. The delisting follows completion of the takeover by Keysight Technologies, whose scheme of arrangement became effective on 15 October. Spirent confirms court date for takeover by Keysight

Spirent has confirmed that the court hearing for the recommended cash takeover by Keysight will take place on 14 October 2025. If the court approves and the remaining conditions are satisfied, the takeover will become effective on 15 October 2025, trading in Spirent shares will be suspended on 16 October, and the listing will be cancelled on 17 October. Keysight demonstrates Open RAN solutions and reports progress on Spirent Communications acquisition
