Stabilus cuts forecast for 2025/26 and shares fall sharply

Stabilus has reduced its sales forecast for the fiscal year ending in September to around €1.15 billion and now expects an adjusted EBIT margin of about 10 percent at the lower end of the previous range. The group now sees adjusted free cash flow at roughly €90 million. In the third quarter sales and adjusted EBIT fell slightly, but the period result rose to €51.4 million after one-off effects from the sale of subsidiaries. At its general meeting, Stabilus SE approved a dividend of EUR 0.35 per share for 2025, a decline of 69.57% versus the prior year. A total of EUR 28.41m will be distributed, so total payouts fall by 34.28%. The dividend yield for 2025 is 1.42% (previous year 3.13%) and the share trades ex-dividend on 05.02.2026.
