STEICO: Aiveen Kearney resigns as CEO, Thorsten Leicht takes over

The board of directors of STEICO has relieved Aiveen Kearney of her duties as managing director and CEO with effect from 31 August 2026; her mandate on the board remains in place. Thorsten Leicht, long-serving COO and a member of the management team since 2019, will be appointed chairman of the managing directors (CEO) for five years with effect from 1 September 2026. STEICO lowers 2025 sales forecast, confirms EBIT target

STEICO now expects 2025 sales to increase by about 1% to 3% versus the prior year (approximately €380–388m), down from the previous 3% to 6% forecast. EBIT is still forecast at around €30–35m, supported by efficiency measures.
