SURTECO GROUP extends financing until 28 December 2029

SURTECO GROUP has agreed a term sheet with the consortium banks and the majority of Schuldschein holders to extend its current financing until 28 December 2029. Agreed measures include steps to strengthen the asset, earnings and financial positions, adjustments to the financial covenants, a minimum liquidity covenant and the suspension of dividend payments during the restructuring period. Collateral will include first- and second-ranking pledges of shares in selected subsidiaries and fixed-charge security; potential disposals of business units are intended to generate proceeds for debt repayment. » Plus sur finanzen.net
