Tantech Holdings agrees to ATM offering of $2.15 million

Tantech Holdings has entered into a distribution agreement with Joseph Stone Capital to permit the sale of up to $2.15 million of Class A common stock through an at-the-market offering. Sales will be made from time to time at market prices pursuant to a prospectus supplement to the company’s existing F-3 registration; neither the company nor the agent is obligated to sell or purchase shares. Tantech receives US allowance for design patent of a wall cabinet

Tantech reports that its US subsidiary Tanhome Group received a Notice of Allowance from the USPTO for the design of a wall cabinet; after payment of the fee the patent will be formally granted. The design is intended to strengthen intellectual property in storage solutions for living spaces and is part of the North American product strategy for household and building-material products.
