TC Energy Corporation positioned for stable cash flow and dividend growth after spin-off
TC Energy Corporation reported Q4 2025 comparable EBITDA of $3.0 billion, up 13% year-over-year, and raised its dividend 3.2%, extending a 26-year growth streak. The post-2024 spin-off refocused the company on natural gas and power, with about 98% of EBITDA backed by regulated frameworks or long-term take-or-pay contracts. A $32 billion capital program and U.S. expansion into LNG and electrification-related infrastructure are expected to drive incremental EBITDA, while leverage remains a key risk to monitor. The stock yields roughly 4.14% and is presented as a durable, income-oriented investment with visible growth catalysts. » Plus sur finance.yahoo.com
