Tenaris buys Artrom in Romania for €86 million

Tenaris has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Artrom Steel Tubes S.A. for €86 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. The transaction includes normalized working capital and remains subject to approvals from EU competition authorities and the Romanian government. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. Artrom operates plants in Reșița and Slatina with an annual steel capacity of around 450,000 tonnes and a rolling capacity for seamless pipes of up to 200,000 tonnes.
