Ultrapar beats EPS forecast despite revenue decline; record cash flow reduces indebtedness

Ultrapar reported adjusted EPS of USD 0.2448 for Q2 2026, a slight beat versus estimates, while revenue of USD 8.02 billion missed forecasts. Ultrapar Participações sees CPPIB take 4.94% stake as Q1 results beat EPS estimates
