The issuance comprises three tranches (A-2: $805.2m at 5.834%, B: $134.2m at 6.224%, C: $201.3m at 7.536%) with a weighted average coupon of about 6.18% and an expected maturity in June 2033; closing is scheduled for July 15, 2026. The bonds are secured by fiber networks and customer contracts across multiple US states and were offered to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and outside the US under Regulation S.
