Vivos Therapeutics announces the opening of a diagnostic and treatment center in Henderson, Nevada, on August 27. The facility is expected to more than double annual output in Henderson to over $10 million and, at full capacity, employ up to 30 staff. Offered services will include diagnostic testing, clinical evaluations and treatments such as FDA-cleared oral appliances, dental sleep medicine, laser and myofunctional therapy.
