Voyager Therapeutics presented data showing its tau‑silencing gene therapy VY1706 reduced tau protein by up to 64% in non‑human primates and was well tolerated at all doses. The company plans to request FDA authorization for human trials in Q2 2026 and, if approved, aims for first‑in‑human dosing in the back half of 2026.
