WH Group pays 0.61 HKD dividend for 2025 and raises payout significantly

Wolf Essgenuss sold to Morliny Foods (WH Group)

The Bavarian sausage maker Wolf Essgenuss is being sold to the British company Morliny Foods, which belongs to China’s WH Group.
