WSP Global beats Q2 expectations and raises full-year outlook

WSP Global boosts margins and beats profit forecasts in Q1 2026

WSP Global reported adjusted EPS of $2.21 for Q1 2026 (expectation $2.08) and net revenues of $3.71 billion, beating estimates. Revenue rose to $4.6 billion (+3.7%), adjusted EBITDA climbed 16.5% to $622.2 million and the adjusted EBITDA margin improved by 80 basis points to 16.8%. WSP Global places $1.5 billion unsecured senior notes

WSP Global has announced a private placement of $1.5 billion, consisting of a $650 million tranche (coupon 5.039%, maturity Sept. 18, 2031) and an $850 million tranche (coupon 5.714%, maturity Sept. 18, 2036). Net proceeds will be used in part to repay borrowings taken on in the acquisition of TRC Companies and for general corporate purposes. The notes are direct, unsecured senior obligations, being offered under Rule 144A and Regulation S and were not registered in the United States; closing is expected around March 18, 2026.
