Xinyuan Real Estate: NYSE initiates delisting and suspends trading

The NYSE has initiated delisting proceedings for Xinyuan Real Estate’s ADS and has suspended trading with immediate effect because the average market capitalization did not meet the $15 million minimum requirement over 30 trading days. Xinyuan can appeal the decision; a final delisting would only be requested after completion of all available proceedings with the SEC.
