The board of Yunhong Green CTI has accepted Philip Wong’s resignation and on 19 January appointed Iris Chan as an independent member and new chair of the audit committee until the 2026 annual general meeting. The company also reports a partial unwind of a purchase agreement with Yunhong Technology Industry (Hubei), under which 175,000 previously issued shares were taken back and cancelled without consideration. Yunhong Green CTI withdraws 175,000 shares after partial unwinding of an asset deal

Yunhong Green CTI did not receive the operational support under an asset purchase agreement and on December 2, 2025 rescinded the relevant part of the agreement. As a result, 175,000 issued shares were returned to the company and cancelled; no cash consideration was paid and the obligation was released.
