Zegona has convened a general meeting for 22 December 2025 to present shareholders with a restructuring plan to reduce the number of shares by 69%. The plan provides for the repayment of the Vodafone financing from the acquisition of Vodafone Spain and the cancellation of 523 million shares held by EJLSHM Funding. Zegona said that at the annual general meeting some 194.6 million ordinary shares (around 82.5% of the voting shares) were voted on all 19 proposed resolutions, and all were passed by an overwhelming majority. Most proposals received over 99% support, the lowest being 95.19% for special resolution 14; proposal 2 achieved 98.92% despite the highest number of abstentions.
