ZIGUP raises full-year profit forecast after strong first half

ZIGUP reports a 2.9% rise in revenue to £929.6m for the half-year to 31 October and adjusted EBIT of £100.4m (+1.4%). The main drivers were the rental business in Spain (+16.3%) and higher rental income in the UK and Ireland (+6.5%). The company secured several insurance contracts, plans to simplify its structure in the UK and Ireland with expected annual savings of around £20m by fiscal 2028, and lifts its guidance for adjusted pre-tax profit to “at least at the top end” of the £150–155m range; the interim dividend remains at 8.8p per share. » Plus sur de.investing.com
