A 5.239% fixed rate applies through September 30, 2028; from October 1, 2028 the coupon resets to Compounded SOFR plus 1.08%. The offering, with Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and RBC as bookrunners, is intended to reduce short-term liabilities; a fair-value hedge was entered for the fixed-rate period.
