The shares of Animalcare Group were removed from trading on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday morning after CCP PAW 2 Limited — a 100% subsidiary of funds managed/advised by Charterhouse Capital Partners — acquired the company via a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006. The exercise followed the takeover announcement by CCP PAW 2 Limited (Charterhouse) and rendered the options vested and exercisable under Rule 15 of the Takeover Code.
