The company set a long-term product revenue target of €5bn by 2030, anchors its business on three approved products—SKYTROFA, YORVIPATH (projected blockbuster status in 2026) and YUVIWEL—and sees strong early market dynamics. Ascendis has reclaimed the metabolic and cardiovascular franchise from Novo Nordisk and plans a cardiometabolic pipeline with studies starting in 2027. Ascendis is presenting 104-week data from the ApproaCH study of once-weekly TransCon CNP (YUVIWEL) in children with achondroplasia at the annual meeting of the International Skeletal Dysplasia Society, including data from the open-label extension. YUVIWEL received FDA approval in February 2026 for pediatric patients aged two years and older; an EMA decision is expected in Q4 2026.
