BioSig Technologies renamed Streamex Corp after merger and gets new ticker symbol STEX

BioSig Technologies will change its name to Streamex Corp. effective September 12, 2025, following its merger with Streamex Exchange Corporation, and will change its Nasdaq ticker from BSGM to STEX; shareholders do not need to take any action and the CUSIP remains unchanged. The company completed a committed capital raise of about $15 million by selling 3,852,149 common shares at $3.90 per share and intends to use the net proceeds, among other things, to purchase gold bars and for working capital. Authorized common shares were increased from 200 million to 500 million, and through its subsidiary Streamex the company entered a three‑year exclusive partnership with Monetary Metals to tokenize yield‑bearing gold products. Streamex teams up with Monetary Metals for tokenized gold product with up to 4% yield

Streamex, a subsidiary of BioSig, obtained exclusive three-year rights to tokenize interest-bearing gold products from Monetary Metals and access to its leasing and bond programs. Investors could therefore earn annual returns of up to 4% on tokenized gold bar products; Streamex will finance at least 10% of the qualifying gold-leasing contracts and receive a revenue-linked share. BioSig Technologies: shareholders approve share increase and new board structure

Shareholders of BioSig Technologies voted to increase the authorized common shares from 200 million to 500 million and approved an increase to the long-term incentive plan. They also approved measures to issue common shares and convertible debt in connection with Yorkville and the classification of the board of directors into three classes with staggered three-year terms. The vote on the issuance of about 109,070,079 common shares and one super-voting preferred share related to the Streamex acquisition was deferred pending Nasdaq approval; the meeting will resume on September 26.
