DATA Communications Management adjusts credit agreement and expands banking syndicate

DATA Communications Management has entered into a sixth amended and restated credit agreement with a consortium of Canadian Schedule I banks. The facility retains a committed credit amount of $160 million and includes a non-binding accordion clause of up to $25 million for acquisitions. Bank of Montreal acts as administrative agent; National Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Nova Scotia are new to the syndicate.
