Competitive pressure pushes Just Group revenue down 28%

Just Group reported a 28% decline in revenue for the 2025 financial year versus the prior year; DB revenues fell to £3.1bn. New business margin dropped to 6.0% (2024: 8.7%) — causes cited include tighter credit spreads, a changed business mix and stronger competition. Retirement‑income sales fell 32.3% to £4.3bn, while Guaranteed Income for Life grew 22.9% to £1.3bn. Just Group approves sale to Brookfield Wealth Solutions

The shareholders of Just Group have approved the takeover by Brookfield Wealth Solutions. The transaction, which received overwhelming support, is expected to close in the first half of 2026 after regulatory approval.
