Maintel Holdings has announced personnel changes to its board of directors following the completion of a refinancing and capital increase. Stephen Beynon has announced his resignation as non-executive chairman but will remain in office until a successor is appointed and an orderly handover is completed. The Oryx International Growth Fund has withdrawn its request to convene an extraordinary general meeting and intends to submit a new motion to remove director Dan Daniels and appoint Martin Rowland as executive chair.
