In the fiscal year to 31 December 2025, NAHL Group increased revenue by 3% to around £40.0m and adjusted operating profit by 86% to about £7.3m. Adjusted pre-tax profit grew by over 250% to around £5.0m, driven by higher revenues and lower marketing costs in the personal injury division. Consumer Legal Services recorded a 4% rise in revenue to £23.8m and more than doubled adjusted operating profit, while Critical Care’s adjusted operating result was flat.
