Moody's downgrades OCI to Ba3 after shrinking business profile

Moody's has cut OCI N.V.’s long-term rating from Ba2 to Ba3 with a negative outlook, citing a smaller, less diversified business profile following disposals and dividends instead of reinvestment. Moody's points to uncertainties at OCI Nitrogen BV and the construction of a clean ammonia facility, but continues to view liquidity as very strong and sees an upgrade as unlikely at this time.
