Yggdrasil SPAC 1 reorients as robotics and physical AI company through acquisition of Innok Robotics

The management board and supervisory board of Yggdrasil SPAC 1 plan a strategic shift to physical AI and robotics by acquiring all business shares of Innok Robotics GmbH in a contribution-in-kind capital increase. Around 10 million new bearer shares are to be issued for the non-cash contribution, based on an expert valuation of approximately EUR 94.6 million.
