Phil Tseng resigned effective August 31 as director, chairman, chief executive officer and co-chief investment officer of BlackRock TCP Capital. His resignation follows recent fund write-downs and a regulatory review of valuation practices that led to a realignment of the investment strategy. Jason Mehring was appointed CEO and chairman on September 2; Dan Worrell took over as president.
