DOF posts record EBITDA in second quarter, stock falls about 4% premarket

DOF reported an adjusted record EBITDA of $238 million in the second quarter with fleet utilization at 88% and raised its 2024 revenue guidance to around $2.25 billion. DOF ASA increases revenue in first quarter, shares fall despite raised EBITDA forecast

DOF Group raises Q3 EBITDA to $205m and order backlog to $4.7bn

DOF Group reports Q3 2025 EBITDA of $205m (including $12m from vessel sales) on average fleet utilization of 87%. The order backlog increased to $4.7bn after new contracts worth $1.5bn in the quarter and a further $0.4bn after quarter-end, thereby securing 99% of the remaining revenue guidance for 2025. Net interest-bearing debt/LTM EBITDA improved to 1.9x, and cash increased by more than $120m to $520m.
