Monks Investment Trust applies for early renewal of share buyback authorisation

Monks Investment Trust is convening a general meeting on 23 June 2026 and asks shareholders to approve an early renewal of its buyback authorisation. The board says the move is intended to allow the buyback strategy to continue without interruption to help manage supply/demand and the discount to NAV. Since 10 January 2022, 96,602,930 shares have been repurchased; from the 2025 general meeting until 26 May 2026, 18,330,289 shares (69.9% of the authorisation) were acquired. The buybacks are estimated to have increased the NAV by about 0.39%.
