Gross margin was 33.5%, but operating cash flow was negative at -€4.0m and liquidity was tight at €6.8m. Das Segment Halbleiter liefert Sondermaschinen und Maschinenplattformen wie TIMARIS und ROTARIS für den Einsatz in magnetoresistiven Direktzugriffsspeichern, Sensoren, Leistungsreglern und mikroelektromechanischen Systemen. Die Singulus Technologies AG wurde 1995 gegründet und hat ihren Hauptsitz in Kahl am Main, Deutschland.
