abrdn Global Premier Properties Fund announces at‑the‑market offering of $55 million
The abrdn Global Premier Properties Fund has entered into an amended distribution agreement with ALPS Distributors allowing it to offer common shares worth up to $55 million through at‑the‑market transactions. UBS Securities has been named as sub‑placement agent; the offering is being made pursuant to Rule 415 of the Securities Act based on a prospectus supplement and the existing shelf registration on Form N‑2.
