Acer pauses release of oversized Nitro Blaze 11 handheld amid tariffs and manufacturing shifts

Acer unveils Swift 16 AI with world’s largest haptic trackpad and stylus

Acer introduced refreshed Swift, Nitro and Predator laptops at CES 2026, led by the Swift 16 AI featuring a 175.5 x 109.7 mm haptic trackpad and included stylus, optional OLED and Intel Panther Lake chips up to Core Ultra X9 388H. Other updates include Swift Go and Swift Edge models with Panther Lake chips (Swift Go 16 AI to use AMD) and contextual media controls on mechanical trackpads. Gaming lineup adds Nitro V 16S AI and Predator Helios Neo 16S AI with Nvidia RTX 50-series GPUs and Panther Lake CPUs. Acer unveils multiple laptops and monitors ahead of IFA 2025 in Berlin

Ahead of IFA 2025 in Berlin, Acer announced a wide range of new products including the Chromebook Plus Spin 514 with MediaTek Kompanio Ultra 910, the ultra-light Swift Air 16, refreshed Predator gaming laptops and several stylish monitors including Amadana-branded models.
