Active Energy has agreed to acquire a 1.5 MVA grid-connection infrastructure in Abu Dhabi for a total of £850,000, payable with £450,000 in new ordinary shares (0.1 pence per share, 12-month lock-up) and £400,000 deferred cash in two tranches. The facility offers an available load of around 1.275 MW and requires upgrades before the rollout of digital infrastructure. The company plans to deploy modular digital infrastructure for high-performance computing and digital hosting under structured offtake agreements.
